B&W Energy Services Continues to Grow Partnerships, Project Involvement in the Middle East

HOUSTON, Texas—B&W Energy Services is proud to announce its continued growth and renewed project efforts in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the UAE and as far west as Egypt.

While B&W Energy Services has spent the past several years continuing to grow its regional presence in the Persian Gulf, the Kuwait base of operations specifically has plans to bring B&W’s services to all middle eastern countries.

The B&W Energy Services team is proud to share the news of its most recent partnership: with Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s anticipated venture, The Al-Zour refinery.  

The B&W team has been awarded Aqualazing services at the newest KNPC refinery, Al-Zour. The refinery is located in Al-Zour, approximately 90 kilometers south of Kuwait City, adjacent to the existing Al-Zour South Power Plant. When completed, the new complex is expected to be one of the largest refineries in the world, producing 615,000 barrels per day.
