Ki’Noris “Kiki” Johnson has spent the last decade building a career in oil and gas accounting. She got her start as a receptionist at an oil and gas company while studying accounting, and when a position in accounts payable opened up, she took it and never looked back. Two years ago, that path led her to B&W.
As accounting administrator, Kiki keeps invoices moving accurately and on time through her strong work ethic and attention to detail. She was drawn to B&W’s hybrid culture and has come to love the balance it offers. But what’s kept Kiki here is the kindness of the people she works with and the camaraderie they share. She also appreciates how accessible leadership is, and she feels comfortable bringing challenges directly to her supervisor and even our president.

Outside of work, Kiki loves spending time with her family, especially her nephews, and belting out Drake and Michael Jackson at karaoke. We’re grateful to have you on our team, Kiki!
