For more than 13 years, Roman Almanza has been a stand-out employee at B&W Energy Services. As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager for the company, he is responsible for all shipping and receiving both domestically and abroad. Roman makes sure every bill of material is picked and/or fabricated, loaded and then shipped to the project on time and on budget. He is a true asset to the team, and we are thankful for his dedication. B&W is proud to have Roman as a part of our team, and we look forward to watching him continue to excel.
